Cauliflower and Fennel

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, add the fennel and boil for 1 minute, then drain.
  2. Whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard, season to taste, then toss the cauliflower and fennel in the dressing.
  3. Plate and serve.
