Cauliflower and Fennel
serves 4
Ingredients
1 hd cauliflower florets
1 hd fennel, sliced
2 T oil
2 T cider vinegar
1 T Dijon mustard
Instructions
Boil the cauliflower for 5 minutes, add the fennel and boil for 1 minute, then drain.
Whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard, season to taste, then toss the cauliflower and fennel in the dressing.
Plate and serve.
